Use of Service

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and for ad accounts you own or are authorized to manage. Misuse, reverse engineering, or unauthorized access attempts are prohibited.

Subscription and Payment

• The service is offered on a monthly subscription basis according to the selected plan.
• Payments are securely processed via Paddle subscriptions.
• You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Service Level

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Planned maintenance is announced in advance.

Limitation of Liability

DubixGuard is a tool to reduce click fraud; we do not guarantee 100% blocking of all fake traffic. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are notified via email or dashboard.
