Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the DubixGuard platform (website, dashboard, APIs, and JavaScript snippet). By creating an account or connecting Google Ads, you agree on behalf of yourself or your organization.

1. Service Description

DubixGuard detects and mitigates invalid Google Ads traffic through visitor analysis, website blocking, Google Ads exclusion sync, gclid reconciliation, and reporting. The Service is a risk-reduction tool; we do not guarantee detection of all fraud, Google refunds, or specific advertising outcomes.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information
  • You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and API keys
  • Notify [email protected] of unauthorized access promptly

3. Google Ads Integration

Connecting Google Ads authorizes DubixGuard to access API data solely to provide the Service, subject to Google’s policies.

DubixGuard's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. See our Privacy Policy at /privacy.

When protection features are enabled, we may automatically add IP exclusions, device/Customer Match exclusions, demographic exclusions, or pause/resume campaigns per your settings. You remain responsible for reviewing automated actions.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Install the snippet only on authorized domains within plan limits
  • Ensure lawful basis and notices for visitor fraud-detection signals (GDPR, ePrivacy, etc.)
  • Do not misuse, reverse engineer, or circumvent plan or API limits

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service for unauthorized ad accounts, malicious traffic manipulation, unauthorized resale, or actions that harm DubixGuard or shared Google API quotas. We may suspend access for violations.

6. Subscription and Billing

  • Paid plans renew via Paddle (Merchant of Record)
  • Cancellation typically takes effect at period end
  • Plan limits apply per selected tier; non-payment may cause suspension

7. Intellectual Property

DubixGuard retains Service IP. You receive a limited license during an active subscription. You retain your content; you grant us a license to process data solely to provide the Service.

8. Data Protection

Personal data processing is described in our Privacy Policy (/privacy). Upon verified account deletion, we remove Customer Data from production systems as stated there.

9. Disclaimers and Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DUBIXGUARD DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES AND IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT DAMAGES OR LOST AD SPEND. AGGREGATE LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO FEES PAID IN THE PRIOR TWELVE MONTHS (OR USD $100 IF NO FEES PAID).

10. Indemnification

You indemnify DubixGuard against claims arising from your use, websites, advertising activities, Terms violations, or missing end-user consents.

11. Termination

You may cancel anytime. We may suspend for breach or non-payment. Upon termination, cease snippet use and disconnect integrations.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.
