  3 × $149 × 20% ≈ $89/month (about ₺3.129 at the fallback TRY table).

• 10 Basic advertisers

  10 × $69 × 20% ≈ $138/month (about ₺4.830 at the fallback TRY table).

Commission repeats every month for as long as that customer stays subscribed — it is not a one-time bounty.

How it works

1. 1. Apply

   Submit email and name. Your affiliate record is created ACTIVE immediately — there is no waiting list.

2. 2. Get a ref_code

   We slug your name (e.g. jordan). Collisions become jordan2, jordan3. Share https://dubixguard.io/r/yourcode

3. 3. Refer

   Send the link to advertisers you advise. We set a 90-day first-touch dg_ref cookie on visit.

4. 4. Earn

   Each paid renewal (gross > 0) writes a PENDING CommissionLedger row. After SUPER_ADMIN CLEAR, it is eligible for payout.

Payout (Phase 1 as shipped): Ledgers stay PENDING until a SUPER_ADMIN clears them. There is no automated Wise or monthly batch payout in code — payment is manual. Paddle refunds and early churn (<7 days after CONVERTED) can claw back or flag rows. We are not inventing a 14-day Wise batch wording until product confirms it.

FAQ

When and how is commission paid?

Each paid subscription charge (excluding $0 trial) creates a PENDING ledger. In Phase 1 a SUPER_ADMIN must CLEAR the row; payout is manual — not an automated Wise/batch job. REJECTED rows are not paid.

What does recurring commission mean, and when does it stop?

Recurring means you earn again on every paid billing period while the referred customer remains subscribed. After cancel/churn, new charges stop; prior CLEARED rows follow clawback rules on refunds.

How long is the cookie / attribution window?

dg_ref lasts about 90 days and is first-touch (later partner links do not overwrite). Cookie is HttpOnly with SameSite=Lax.

Can I refer my own account?

No. Self-referral is flagged as SELF_REFERRAL. We do not auto-pause, but the flag blocks clean CLEAR until reviewed.

How long does application approval take?

Submission creates an ACTIVE affiliate immediately. There is no separate human approval queue; fraud flags are reviewed later.

Is there a minimum payout?

Phase 1 has no hard-coded minimum payout threshold. Cleared ledgers are paid manually; if a floor is introduced it will be documented here.
